All PEPPER ELECTRONICS carry a full warranty one [1] year from the date of purchase to the original owner which covers against defects in materials and workmanship.

The customer must provide proof of purchase in the form of an emailed receipt or by creating an account during the original purchasing process.

The customer must confirm the return with PEPPER ELECTRONICS before shipment.

The customer assumes all shipping responsibility, including proper packing, tracking, and insurance.
If your product is covered under warranty, but is no longer available, a similar replacement product will be provided pending customer approval, or store credit of the original amount will be issued for future purchase.
If your product is not covered under warranty, but is serviceable, a repair fee relative to the service will be required pending customer approval.
Warranty does not cover:

Loss or theft.

Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accident.

Damage due to force majeure or natural forces.

Damage due to incorrect use of power supply.

Damage resulting from the malfunction of another product used in conjunction with the pedal.
